Beysith Novella
Founder & CEO

Mrs. Novella was born and raised in Venezuela. Growing up in an underdeveloped country, Beysith and her family faced many struggles and difficulties such as lack of clothing, food, healthcare, and education.

In her mid-twenties, Beysith was blessed with the opportunity of moving and working in the United States. After years of tremendous efforts and stumbles in the US, Beysith was offered an opportunity to work for a nonprofit organization.

Beysith was responsible of helping many in need by being the organization’s office coordinator; every time that she helped others, she felt that she changed those people’s lives for the better. Working with different organizations has been the most rewarding experience in her life as well as the source of motivation for helping even more people.

With more than five years within the non-profit sector, Mrs. Novella has grown not only more experienced, but the desire that God put in her hearth of helping and serving others has grown as well.

“How beautiful upon the mountains
Are the feet of him who brings good news,
Who proclaims peace,
